[1.6.4 or newer][FORGE] Redye stained clay

Description

Simple mod - if you want to recolor already colored clay (stained clay), just place it in the crafting table around a dye, just as you would when making stained clay! You can only dye one color of stained clay at a time.

There's no stained clay in 1.6.2.
