chylex's mods and tweaks for Minecraft

Description

Both enchantments can have level III, speed (swift) will increase player speed, jump allows you to jump higher (level III = 3 blocks). These can go with any other enchantment for boots. You can have it on SMP, but clients will need client mod, otherwise they'll not see the enchantments and they'll not work for them.
