[1.3.1] Dispense TNT

Description

If you dispense tnt from a dispenser, it'll dispense a primed tnt. Don't forget that dispenser checks for free space, so if you're making something that dispenses tnt rapidly, make sure the delay is enough so the previous tnt falls below the dispenser, otherwise it'll dispense tnt as a block!
