Description

Using mob catcher enchantment on a sword, killing a mob will yield his spawn egg. At the same time, it also blocks getting any other drops and experience, so the egg is only thing you get, to make things balanced.

i was also stupid because i never had the mod; no wonder i couldn't find it in NEI nor ench. tables (NEI supports it as well as all other mini mod enchantmnents :D)

It's a high level enchantment, probably only around 30 and it's rare as well. But it works as any other enchantment, so you do get it by using ench. table.

do you get the enchantment just like any other (ench. table) or do you have to get it another way?

It only works with mobs that have spawn eggs in creative.

Is it intended that the mod (mob catcher) does not work with mod mobs? Using MC 1.6.2
